Mr. Rohinath P.
In the words of Jack Welch, “Before you are a leader, success is all about growing yourself. When you become a leader, success is all about growing others”. Premier Security Services has come a long way since 1992, under the successful leadership of our proprietor, Mr. Rohinath.
A hard-working and result-oriented entrepreneur, Mr. Rohinath began his journey right after he graduated with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree from SDM College, Ujire, Karnataka.
His yearning to help people ran deep. So, he learnt everything he needed to know about the security service industry, working as a manager under the guidance of retired IGP, Late Sri P.J Bagilthaya, IPS. Equipped with in-depth knowledge about the security service industry and his motivation to help people, he started his own security services agency in 1992 — Premier Security Services (PSS), his sole proprietorship firm. His zealous calibre and innovative thinking has helped establish and reinforce PSS as a household name in the coastal belt of Karnataka. Besides security services, PSS also provides other efficient manpower services.

Chairman of the Padegutthu Lingappa Master Memorial Education Trust (PLMMET)
PLMMET provides education to numerous student fraternities. It runs the LCR Indian Pre-Primary School, LCR Indian Primary School, LCR Indian High School, LCR Indian PU College, and LCR Indian Degree College in a remote village in Bantwal Taluk — where girl children and socio-economically backward children are deprived of higher education. As the chairman of the organization, Mr. Rohinath hopes to improve their lives and bring them into the mainstream of society.
Services as a Rotarian
He diligently involves himself in social service through Rotary and has also rendered his service through different roles which include being the District Governor (DG) for the year 2018-19.
Some of his noteworthy accomplishments as DG include -
- Fulfilling his aspiration of providing basic amenities and upgrading Anganwadis through the initiation of his project Asha Spoorthi. 520 Anganwadis have been taken up under his leadership by the clubs of the Rotary International District 3181 costing around Rs.1.3 crores. This received the highest accolades from civic and state bodies and was recognized as one of the most unique projects of Rotary International.
- Providing rehabilitation to the flood victims of the Kodagu District in 2018. Mr. Rohinath formed Rotary International District 3181 Flood relief trust, through which he constructed and dedicated 50 houses to the flood victims, costing around 2.5 crores.
